Melissa Alvarez: Meatballs


simple saucy meatballs


Ingredients
6 prepared meatballs, I usually use frozen
5 ounces condensed tomato soup
4 teaspoons sour cream
chopped parsley (to garnish)
Directions

Heat meatballs as directed on pkt.

Place soup & sour cream in a pan and whisk to combine, add meatballs and cook over a moderate heat until meatballs are heated through.

Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
